This blog is to keep our members, friends and alumni informed about the weekly progress, events, and upcoming performances of the Rockville High School Pipe Band.


Congratulations to Rockville Rams football, winning their Homecoming game on Friday!  The pipe band proudly plays the football team onto the field for each home game.


Congratulations to the Pipe Band on their 2nd place performance Saturday at the Meadows Scottish Games, Doswell, Virginia.
Ned Fenwick won piper of the day in grade 4 jr in individual piping and our band members placed in 4 of the top 5 spots in the march!  Great job everyone!
Our Alumni friends in the MacMillan-Birtles Band won the grade 4 Pipe Band Competition, way to go!

Wednesday - Band Practice


Friday October 29th - at Rockville High School: Rockville Rams Final Home Football Game.  Go Rams! (Waiting for the play-off schedule!) 
Pipe Band arrival time: 5:30 - Play at about 6:00pm. Game starts at 6:30.


Saturday October 30th - 1pm Concert at Strathmore, Rockville, MD - Cathy & Marcy's 25th Annual Family Music Party.  Grammy Award winners Cathy Fink and Marcy Marxer host a concert including guests:Ella Jenkins, Bonnie Rideout and our own Rockville High School Pipe Band and more! Sunday October 31st - 35th Marine Corps Marathon - Our location is the Key Bridge and M Street.  Arrival time for band members is before 7:30am. Our playing time is between 8:15am to 11:00am.  Alumni and piping and drumming friends are welcome to join us and play! We've played for every MCM! For info: http://www.marinemarathon.com/
